Villa Mattia is a large villa on two floors measuring approximately 200 square meters in total.
The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining room and a spacious living room with the original wooden ceiling which has been restored. There is also a second bathroom.
On the first floor there is a terrace, 2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed and antique furniture and the other with two single beds. There is also a luxury bathroom with a spa bath.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooking utensils and enough cutlery, crockery and glassware for 8 people.
The living room, with fully functioning fireplace for those out of season rentals, has a sofa bed, armchairs and the added luxury of a DVD player and satellite TV.

The second bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, toilet, bidet and hand-basin. It is also where the washing machine can be found.

The luxury main bathroom has a large bath with spa function, a toilet, bidet and washbasin with large mirror over it.
There is a gated garden with a large patio and superb views overlooking the vineyards and the valley below. On the patio there is a stone barbecue and garden furniture where you can sit, eat and enjoy the view.
