COOKING AND WINE TASTING LESSON

The interest in Italian cooking, particularly Piedmont dishes are increasing among foreign visitors who love and appreciate our local tradition. This service is dedicated to them. We offer groups or individual classes of minimum 3 hours to cook and sample our product.

Next to the cooking lesson we offer you wine classes with an appreciate wine maker that will teach you all the secret of the wine production in all of its phases. Showing our vineyards, you could eventually participate to the grape harvest with a final degustation.

Canelli is also famous for its wine firms, there you can visit the underground cellars that now are protected by UNESCO. The final wine tasting is included in the price.

The interest in wine from the vineyard, where it was created by a wine, the farm La Martina wants you to be aware of what is bringing the wine in contact with the screw. After the guided tour of the museum goes to the end of the path with the tasting and wine tasting.
