Villa Mattia is a restored farmhouse which is located on a hill above the small town of San Stefano Belbo.This hills have been granted a UNESCO area. It has superb views from the terraced garden where you can see the incredibly blue sky meeting the wonderful green hues of the vineyards and on clear days, the snowed capped Alps in the distance.

San Stefano Belbo, famous for being the birth place of the author Cesare Pavese, is also part of UNESCO heritage. The nearest towns are Canelli famous for its wines, Alba for its truffles and Acqui Termi for its warm thermal spas. Genoa airport is approximately 45 minutes by car. The cities of Milan and Turin and their airports are approximately 1 hour by car.

During your holiday you can just relax in the garden enjoying the sun and the views. However if activity is what you want then there is a riding school locally or you can enjoy sports in the sport centre a short drive from the house.

Included in the price of your holiday villa, we can offer you a carton of wine from our company, "La Martina", so you could relax with a glass of good wine in the garden next to a beautiful sunset.

The villa has a floor area of 200 square meters: the ground floor has a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom and a living room - on the first floor there are 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom.

• Living Room
  The spacious living room has a beautiful wood ceiling, a fireplace, a sofa bed, 2 armchairs, a DVD player and satellite TV.
• Dining Room
  The main entrance door opens into a large dining room with a dinner table that seats 8.
• Kitchen
  The kitchen has a gas hob, an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a range of cooking utensils. Cutlery, crockery and glassware are supplied for 8.
• Ground Floor Bathroom
  The ground floor bathroom has a hand basin, wc, bidet, shower and washing machine.
• Bedroom 1
  The main bedroom has a double bed and antique furniture.
• Bedroom 2
  The second bedroom has two single beds and modern furnishings.
• First Floor Bathroom
  The luxury bathroom has a wc, bidet, handbasin with large mirror, and a bathtub with hydromassage. A door from this bathroom opens onto a small balcony.
• Garden
  The property has a large gated garden that overlooks the vineyards and the valley. Under the portico attached the house there is a terrace with a dining table, a sofa and two sunbeds. The garden is also home to a stone barbecue.
