Programme: one week
- Day 1:
arrival at Azienda agricola La Martina and welcome cocktail.
introduction to the programme
- Day 2:
morning: hands on cooking class with one of the main chef in the area
lunch with the dishes prepared during the course.
Afternoon: visit to "la Bruciata", a small wine cellar on the hills of Santo Stefano Belbo. After the visit you will enjoy a tasting.
- Day 3:
morning: wine lesson and tour of the vineyard
afternoon: second hands on cooking class
dinner with the dishes prepared during the lesson
- Day 4:
morning: wine lesson and visit to Gancia, one of the most famous wineries with its beautiful cellars called "underground cathedral" heritage of UNESCO. The visit will be followed by a tasting.
afternoon: third hands on cooking class
dinner with the dishes prepared during the lesson
- Day 5:
morning: visit to a cheese producer and tasting of the typical piedmont cheeses
afternoon: fourth hands on cooking class
dinner with the dishes prepared during the lesson
- Day 6:
morning: wine lesson
afternoon: visit to Rovero, a organic wine and grappa producer-tasting
dinner at a typical piedmont agriturismo
