  arrival (welcome drink) learn about the programme

  morning: hands on cooking class
  lunch with the dishes prepared during the lesson
  afternoon: at leasure
• Day 3:
  morning: visit to the local market and to the shopping centre
  afternoon: hands on cooking class
  dinner with the dishes prepared during the lesson
• Day 4:
  tour of Alba and Langhe region
  visit to a Barolo wine producer followed by a tasting
• Day 5:
  morning: visit to a cheese producer and tasting of some of the most typical cheeses
  afternoon: hands on cooking class
  dinner with the dishes prepared during the lesson
• Day 6:
  morning: visit to the producer of Amaretti and tour of the town of Nizza Monferrato
  afternoon: hand on cooking class
  dinner with the dishes prepared during the lesson
• Day 7:
